The Viking Backers is the booster group for Mount Hebron High School.  Our main objective is to raise funds for organizations, clubs, the band, MHHS campus projects, and sports teams.  We provide spirit wear, concessions and community activities throughout the year for the Hebron community.  In addition, we support the PTSA's efforts for hospitality for the staff, after prom party, and the awards ceremonies.  We have helped to purchase such items as the flagpoles for the campus, the gymnasium score board, the solar score board for the field hockey field and provide funds for many groups to attend local and state competitions.  We sponsor many different events to raise money.  We run the concession stand for sporting events, sell the Christmas trees at holiday time, hold a 5K race, a Vegas Night, and this year, we are holding a Longaberger Basket/Vera Bradley Bingo on November 19th!  We also have two driving schools to chose from - Greg's Driving School and Street Smarts as well as an SAT prep class.  We are always looking for new ideas for fundraising events, and of course, volunteers to help all of this run smoothly.  You can contact anyone on the board if you would like to join us!  We are currently looking for members to serve on our concessions committee and someone to manage the spirit wear stand.
